Blake Lively Spotted on the Manhattan yesterday (January 19), Teaming up with co-star Leighton Meester, the “Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants” babe looked a bit chilly as she bundled up in a full-length goosedown jacket to try and stay warm in between takes.

As for her long-standing relationship with Penn Badgley, Blake recently told press that she can’t imagine having a better boyfriend.

She gushed, “I’m the happiest I’ve ever been.  When I’m in a relationship, I give my heart and soul to it and do it 100 percent.”
