High School Musical 4 Without Zac and Vanessa

According to WENN, the next installment of High School Musical, High School Musical 4 will be without Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens, of course its shocked news for Zac fans and High School Musical fans
The fourth installment of the popular musical franchise will begin production later this year and premiere in 2010. The Disney Channel said in a statement Tuesday that the new movie will introduce a new cast of characters and will focus on a cross-town school rivalry between the East High Wildcats and West High Knights.
The writer of the first three movies, Peter Barsocchini, has signed on. The executive producers of the project will remain the same.
